InGauge (“InGauge,” “we,” “us”) provides field-sales, distributor-accountability, and demand-forecasting software for craft-beverage brands. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account & workspace data — names, work emails, roles, and your brand’s organization details.
Operational data you enter or connect — check-ins, orders, deliveries, distributor and account records, and field observations used to compute your metrics.
Usage & device data — log data, app version, and interactions used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

To provide the product — dashboards, the RoD engine, forecasts, and reporting.
To secure, support, and improve the service.
To communicate with you about your account.

Your data is yours

Operational data you put into InGauge belongs to your brand. We do not sell it. We use it to deliver the service to you, and we may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our models. Service providers (hosting, analytics) act under contract on our behalf.

Retention & security

We retain data for the life of your account and as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. On request or account closure, we delete or return your workspace data per our agreement.

Your choices

Account administrators can access, export, correct, or delete workspace data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over personal information — contact us to exercise them.
