These terms govern your access to and use of InGauge’s software and website. By using InGauge, you (and the brand you represent) agree to them.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You confirm you are authorized to bind your organization to these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate agreed at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective on your next renewal; founding-brand pricing terms, where offered, are honored as stated.
You retain ownership of the operational data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to deliver the service, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We provide InGauge “as is” and aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features and may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InGauge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
